The floor plan is built for real rooms. You place round, banquet, head, square, oval and sweetheart tables at true-to-life sizes and seat counts, then add the dance floor, stage, DJ, bar, buffet, gift and cake tables, doors and walls. Zoom, pan, snap, duplicate and one-tap rotate make it quick to lay out a venue exactly as it will be on the day, and undo means nothing is ever a risk. Every guest lives in a proper guest list with households, plus-ones and children, RSVP status, meal choices, notes and tags — imported from Contacts or a CSV spreadsheet if you already have one. Keep-together and keep-apart rules raise live conflict and capacity warnings, so you can see at a glance who is still unseated and whether any table is over its limit.
What most seating tools cannot do is print. Soirée includes a Print Studio that turns your plan into finished stationery: a seating chart poster in A2, A3, A4, Letter or Tabloid, ordered alphabetically or by table; escort cards; tent-fold place cards; per-table number cards; and a printable alphabetical guest list. Editorial themes match the app so the output looks designed rather than generated, and everything exports as an AirPrint-ready PDF you can print at home or hand to a print shop.
